SiteSherpa AI is trained on this data by generating vector embeddings, which are stored in a vector database. When deleted, the data is permanently destroyed based on our data lifecycle policy. All data is encrypted at rest using SSE-S3 encryption type, and regular backups of the vector embeddings are taken.
