The documentation and data used to train SiteSherpa AI is held on a private server powered by Amazon (AWS S3), and no individual has explicit access to this data. 

SiteSherpa AI is trained on this data by generating vector embeddings, which are stored in a vector database. When deleted, the data is permanently destroyed based on our data lifecycle policy. All data is encrypted at rest using SSE-S3 encryption type, and regular backups of the vector embeddings are taken.
